Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits cita33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
